Since we purchased the house in April, 2013, we have made a number of repairs and upgrades.<\/p>\n

2013<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bought a Leather Couch with queen sleeper with a gel mattress, shipped from Miami.\u00a0 \u00a0 American Leather Sleeper Sofa<\/a><\/p>\n

Bought Amish Bunk Beds for Bunk Room with storage unit, shipped from Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

Purchased a Headboard for queen bed in master bedroom.<\/p>\n

Bought new TVs for Living Room and Bunk Room.<\/p>\n

Old Town Electric changed electrical service from 100 amps to 200 amps.<\/p>\n

Lucky Duck Pool Service installed a new pool heater.<\/p>\n

Replaced galvanized plumbing in master bathroom.<\/p>\n

Added new artwork.<\/p>\n

2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

Repaired metal roof by wire brushing rust, filling any holes with bondo, sealing with Corroseal, priming entire roof and painting two coats of Sherwin-Williams Alkyd Aluminum roof paint.\u00a0 Job performed by the extremely talented Key West Roofing team.<\/p>\n

Hammerhead Termite Control tented the house in July.<\/p>\n

Old Town Electric added outside electrical outlets on porches.<\/p>\n

Installed metal roof on Outside Laundry Unit.<\/p>\n

Added Sonos speakers.<\/p>\n

2015<\/strong><\/p>\n

Added Siting Bench on Front Porch.<\/p>\n

New 10 cubic foot Refrigerator purchased.<\/p>\n

Upgraded outdoor shower by widening floor, including a new Kohler faucet.<\/p>\n

Installed dehumidifier in Bunk Room.<\/p>\n

2016<\/strong><\/p>\n

Replaced Kitchen Stove.<\/p>\n

Installed new 6-inch spouting on front of house with leaf guard.<\/p>\n

Renovated three Mini-Split AC units with UV Light Systems.<\/p>\n

2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

Replaced Love Seat with two Swivel Chairs.<\/p>\n

Changed doors to Outside Laundry Unit.<\/p>\n

Pressure washed house and fencing, pool deck, porches, walkways and sidewalk after Hurricane Irma.<\/p>\n

New refrigerator bought for kitchen.<\/p>\n

New washer and dryer purchased.<\/p>\n

2018<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pool renovations finished.<\/p>\n

Bought new microwave for kitchen.<\/p>\n

Repaired rust spots on roof in December by Key West Roofing<\/p>\n

New propane tank installed by Suburban Propane<\/p>\n

Added a Rooster Paper Towel Holder<\/p>\n

New tropical mailbox installed<\/p>\n

2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

Replaced old LG Air Conditioning System with Cooper-Hunter System with 3 Mini-Splits and an Inverter<\/p>\n

Replaced old treated lumber Pool Decking with Azek<\/a> Decking<\/p>\n

Bought a new microwave, which replaced the 14-month old Samsung microwave<\/p>\n

Replaced Pool Pump<\/p>\n

Changed Pool Filler Location<\/p>\n
