As this is our first time being in Key West in June, we saw our first Key West Pride parade near LaTeDa hotel.  Some pictures.

Also, they are participating in the French Bulldog palm tree fertilization project.

We picked up the residue, after the fertilizer juices seeped into the palm tree root system.

On June 4th, we arrived at 707 Southard St.  This is our 20th all-time trip to Key West.  We have been homeowners for the past 17 visits.

Here is where we stayed on our first visit in April, 2011.

 

Below are pictures from January 16, 2018 to today.  A major improvement to our property.

We left 707 Southard on the morning of January 9th.  Raycee’s Plastering, LLC is the contractor performing our pool upgrade.  Here are some pictures from January 8, 2018 to January 12, 2018.

Work will be finished in a couple of days.

 

The front porch was needing a touch-up, and got it on January 7, 2018.

Tiffani is ready for us to go to Mile Marker 15 for dinner at Todd and Cheryl’s house.  Over a dozen friends enjoy time together later that evening.

Tiffani has been contacting local artists to do paintings of our house.  Today, we received our first one from from Laura Black, who also is a musician in Black and Skabuddah.

Our last renter had a couple of laundry issues during her stay.  Kolhage’s Appliances delivered and installed our new washer and dryer this morning.

Washer and dryer capacities have increased, and our future renters will be pleased.
